Epiphone Guitar Partners with the 2008 Noise Pop Festival - San Francisco, February 26th - March 2, 2008

Epiphone Guitar announced its partnership with this year's 2008 Noise Pop Festival in San Francisco, February 26th through March 2, 2008. The six-day event attracts over 20,000 music enthusiasts from around the world and features live performances at music venues, special events and film screenings. Epiphone has partnered with the festival to provide musical instruments and customized promotional guitars along with the official tour bus which will serve as a press oasis. During the 16th Anniversary of the popular festival, Epiphone will take part in the Noise Pop Artist Education Session at 12 Galaxies at 2565 Mission Street in San Francisco.
The Noise Pop Festival has developed into a full-scale cultural event, adding gallery art shows, music themed film festivals, educational panel discussions and a number of spontaneous jam sessions. With live music as its focal point, Noise Pop performances will include Quais, Entrance, Working for a Nuclear Free City, White Denim, The Rosebuds, Great Northern, and Bay Area Mood Rockers. These artists will join other acts including The Walkmen, Helio Sequence, The Dodos, MSTRKRFT, Stellastar, Magnetic Fields, The Mountain Goats, The Gutter Twins, Cursive, Blitze Trapper, Fu Manchu, Kelly Stoltz, Tilly and the Wall among many others. The final event features the world premiere of She & Him, the new musical project from M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel. The duo headlines the Great American Music Hall on Sunday, March 2, 2008.
