Sabian’s Vault Artisan Traditional Symphonic Suspended cymbals now available

The Vault Artisan Traditional Symphonic Suspended cymbals were first announced at the 2010 Winter NAMM Show. Like the Vault Artisan Traditional Hand cymbals, which were released in 2009, the Suspended model offers premium Old World sound with deep, dark and rich tonalities, creating a robust vintage musicality. They are medium-thin in weight and have superb response for crashing or crescendos, ensuring complete control for the player. The Vault Artisan Traditional Symphonic Suspended cymbals were designed through a collaboration of the Sabian Vault Team with a number of the world’s top percussionist. All Vault Artisan Symphonic models are individually hand crafted from premium B20 by Sabian Master Artisans and are quality-protected by the Sabian two-year warranty. They are hitting the stores with a price tag that ranges from $318.00 (for the smaller, 15” one) to $480.00 (for the bigger, 20” one).

Like the Vault Symphonic Hand cymbals, the Suspended model is another of Sabian’s innovations on merging the old with the new.
