The Rhythm Alliance Drumming Experience hits L.A. on Oct. 9th(mtebaldi | Posted 2010-09-21)  Raising the level of awareness of drumming as well as supporting drummers through education and cooperation, the Rhythm Alliance Drumming Experience will be hitting California this coming month. The event will take place in the “City Of Angels” at the Conga Room, Saturday October 9th. Sponsored by some of the top brand names in the drum industry (Drum Workshop, Meinl, Pro Mark, Remo, Roland, Vater, Yamaha, Modern Drummer and Shure) The Rhythm Alliance Drumming Experience will feature performances and educational presentations from some of the most respected, talented, and requested drummers in the music business. It’s an event that will gather all under the same roof professionals, semi-pros, recreational players, students, teachers from the worldwide drumming community, along with representatives from the international drum industry.
The Rhythm Alliance will perform individually and together during the Drumming Experience show. The Rhythm Alliance will also be joined by international super-star Thomas Lang, Gospel/RnB drumming sensation Lil” Nick Smith as well as other guest artists still to be announced. The proceeds of the event will benefit Fernando Pullum Performing Arts High School, located in South Los Angeles which is a member of the ICEF (Inner City Education Foundation). The event is open to all ages. General admission tickets are $25 with a limited number of VIP tickets available at $100.
