Epiphone Guitars has a timeline that can be traced back to 1863. A number of artists have been known to play Epiphone from the earliest guitarists such as Al Cailoa and Harry Volpe to John Lennon and Zakk Wylde.
Epiphone is adding to their timeline and marking another historical event at the 71st annual Sturgis Rally wit the launch of the limited-edition Sturgis Buffalo Chip 2011 Epiphone Coronet. 2011 marks the Sturgis Buffalo Chip’s 30th anniversary and Epiphone is pleased to take part by offering Sturgis music fans a chance to get in on the action. Epiphone will not only provide Chip attendees with an exclusive opportunity to test drive some of latest Epiphone products, but are also providing fans the exclusive opportunity to own their very own piece of Sturgis history with the Limited Edition Sturgis Buffalo Chip 2011 Epiphone Coronet.
The guitar features a double cutaway design, single volume control, bolt on neck, high output Epiphone 700T Humbucking pickup, Metallic Black finish, Mahogany body & neck, and Rosewood fingerboard.
