Johnson JG-610 Reviews 5 / 5 based on 2 reviewsi bought this guitar on ebay for $100 (free shipping), it came with a very well padded gig bag, a tuner, and a chord book, i bought it just cuz i wanted an acoustic guitar, im not very good at guitar playing so i didnt want to spend to much $$$
this guitar is great, i was really impressed with how great it sounded and looked, not many guitars come in blue, it was a little hard to push down on the G string so i just sanded the bridge bone down a little bit, and now it is the perfect guitar
after i bought this guitar i looked on ebay for the same one and found it anywhere from $10-$40 cheaper, some of those didnt come with a tuner and chord book, but i already had a tuner (for my electric) and the chord book didnt really tell me anything i didnt already know, plus i guess none of those had free shipping like this one
i dont really know much about this, it looks great ive had it for a couple months now and it keeps its tune perfectly, it was kinda hard to play until i sanded the bone down, but now i have no complaints
this is probably the best guitar i could have gotten for under $100 Jake Johnson rated this unit on 2004-09-08. I bought this guitar from Pro Audio Music at www.proaudiomusic.com. It came in a kit with a gig bag, pitch pipe, peg winder, strap, and 6 picks. It cost $99.99 plus $4.99 for shipping. Can't beat it for the price.
The action was a little high out of the box but was easily adjustable. Nice looking and great sounding guitar.
Bought it because I played one a guy had and couldn't believe the sound for the price.
Most of all, of course, I liked the price but the quality seems to be there and it sounds better than most guitars I have or have played in the $300 - $400 price range.
Can't find much bad to say, all things considered.
The construction and quality seem to be fine. Workmanship looks good.
For the price, it CANNOT be beat. Hoss rated this unit on 2001-12-08.
