Zildjian 21 inch A Custom Projection Ride Reviews  5 / 5 based on 1 reviewsI bought this cymbal about a month ago on ebay. I paid $120 for it. (It sells new for about $200). I needed a new cymbal to upgrade from my 20 inch zildjian zbt ride.
This is a great cymbal for rock, metal, and hardcore music. It's probably good for any type of playing but thats what i have used it for. It's heavy and will stand up to a beating. It has great sound and stick definition and because it is heavy it's good for doing quick sticking patterns. It also sounds good when crashed on.
The only thing i can think of that's bad about this cymbal is the sound of the bell. It is a nice sounding bell, but i wish it was a bit bigger and a bit louder. Also the size and weight may be a problem for some people. It isn't a problem for me, but some people may not like it.
Like i said this is a great heavy cymbal. It looks like it will last a long time if it is well taken care of. It handles any kind of music very well, from slow and quiet to loud and fast. With a name like Zildjian behind it makes it an even better cybal.
It's a great ride cymbal. Perfect for any kind of drumming, especially rock, metal, and hardcore. Great product for the price. drumkid11 rated this unit on 2004-08-31.
