Fender Bullet Silver Star Reviews 2 / 5 based on 1 reviewsMy dad swapped an old EKO 12 string for it,and gave it to me as a present. When I opened the old and bashed hard case there was an old punked-up Fender Bullet. There were scratches and anarchy signs all over it. We took it to bits and found out it was made on 4th July 1982!
The best thing was probably how light the guitar was. I had a Strat copy before and that is really really heavy compared the Fender. The other thing I liked about it was the neck, which is Maple.
The only thing I don't like about it is the way someone has spray painted it black and generally ruined a beautiful guitar. This guitar has had a hard life (punk style )in a punk band called "Eat Your Haircut".
This is a very well made guitar with (as I have mentioned before) an incredibly straight neck. I haven't played it yet because it hasn't got any strings on it but I'm sure it will sound amazing.
I can't wait to get it finished and painted the originl Fender Red. it requires a lot of work but it should be finished for christmas.
