Gibson Epiphone Fat 210 Reviews 4 / 5 based on 1 reviewsI bought this Fat 210 in Surfers Paradise Australia at the Musicians Pro Shop. I purchased it for $414 AU. With this price I also received and Epiphone Studio 10 Amp.
This is my first electric guitar and I got it for my 14th birthday.
I love the fact that this guitar looks so professional. It has 5 pickups, all great in my epinion. The humbuckers create a chunky strong sound whenever you want it. The other pickups are realy well balanced as well.
It has a tremelo are soket which i use all the time.
The guitar has a red finish and it is quite heavy and it feels like another quality production from Epiphone. It also has two tone controls.
The only thing I don't like about this guitar is the volume control is too close to the 1st string so I often adjust the volume without realising it. It only has 22 frets.
This is a great beginners guitar. It is solid, heavy (but not to heavy) it's maple neck is extremely smooth.
All in all, a fantastic beginners guitar and a beautiful looker as well. Won't drive your parents zany but if you have to it will. It will last you as long as you want it to last you. Chaz rated this unit on 2003-10-09.
