The package included everything a beginner needs to start playing, like an amp, a strap, some picks, and an electric tuner. I bought it because i was tired of fixing the wiring on my old guitar, and a friend has had one for a while now and is happy with it.
This guitar looks, feels, and sounds great. It is slightly heavier than my old guitar, but it makes up for it in pure rockability. I have only had to tune it once since i bought it, and that was after a long road trip. the finish (matte black pickguard/glossy black body) is beautiful.
The whammy bar that came with it bent when I first tried to use it, but other than that I like it.
Well, everything has held together for as long as I've had it, and I'm not exactly nice to it. When i first bought it, I had to tighten the screws on the pickguard and the little cover thing on the back, but thet's it.
I don't expect to see someone win a Grammy with one of these, but it's a great guitar for a beginner or for an intermediate player who needs something a little better that what he/she already has.
