Paige The Click Reviews 4 / 5 based on 1 reviewsThis is a guitar capo for 6 strings guitars made by the company Paige. The model is called The Click. It is very similar to the 'oldschool' style capos from the 60s and 70s you probably have seen and thought 'what the heck to I do with this antique.' The Click is easy to use and gives you spot on intonation.
I first saw this is the April 2011 issue of Guitar Player magazine in one of the ads. I checked out Paige's site and ordered one. Brand new from a third party music store, this capo was $20.
The Click or well now that I Googled it I'm also seeing it called 'The Clik' was designed and built to give players balanced pressure tension for the desired capo'd fret.
I also like it's small footprint. It fits easier into my gig bag.
It took me a few minutes of almost breaking it before I figured it out. The instructions aren't so easy to understand, but I eventually got the hang of it.
The pieces of the capo that touch my guitar are all rubber which is a great design. I don't worry about it scratching my guitar in anyway.
The rest of the capo is a pretty sturdy metal. The Click release button is well placed and I have not accidentally released the capo.
If the other standard capos out on the market aren't agreeing with you, give this one a shot. Billy rated this unit on 2011-04-18.
