Sounds great with my strat, but can't get what sound i'm looking for playing my SG. Sounds good for rock, but if blues or country is what your playing, I'd look elsewhere. These particular model has been upgraded so you would have to score one of these on the used market. You can probably find one for just a little over $100 used. I personally like the sound of the Blue Marvel speaker compared to the Sheffield. The Sheffield doesn't compliment the tone of the amp as well as the Blue Marvel. I am glad they made the switch in the newest edition of this amp.

I think I will use it for many years.
It's perfect for beginners who have been playing guitar for several years and like different music styles.
